Where We Ship

We ship across the United Arab Emirates and to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from our facility in Dubai.

Shipping Rates

Delivery inside the UAE is a flat rate of AED 20 per order. Rates for Saudi Arabia and any other destination are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Processing Time

Orders are picked and packed within 1 to 2 business days. Our working days are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 16:00 UAE time. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders inside the UAE usually arrive within 2 to 4 business days. Deliveries to Saudi Arabia usually take 5 to 10 business days and may be held for customs clearance.

Tracking Your Order

You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Or Missing Items

Please check your package on arrival. Any claim for a damaged order or a missing item must reach us within 2 business days of receipt, at info@lesabon.com.
